"Barn Find"

Condition: Good

Stove is a barn find and I did not attempt to fire or clean it. Everything moves as it should.

I can tell you that it had about a pint of clear fuel in the tank when I received it. The pump is smooth and after 5 strokes I was rewarded with a good release of pressure air while loos. There is damp varnish on the valve stem and the stem turns pretty easily. There is an ill-fitting o-ring installed as the pump gasket that will need replaced.

Please note that the master burner cap (on the right) is held on by one screw. It appears that the head of the lower screw sheared off some time ago. From what I can see, it looks like you'll be able to get a grip on the stump once the cap is out of your way.

Paint is in okay condition. In some areas the black oven nearly shines like new. The olive drab case paint is worn somewhat but it does not look bad at all. There are many scuffs and areas of rust and dirt, but when clean it will be in remarkably good original shape.

Stove is about the size of an older Coleman 425. Dimensions are approx 19.25" x 10.5" x 5" closed. With the legs down, the grates are about 8.5" above the table surface, and there is about 9.5" of vertical space with the oven assembled and the door open.

Asking price is $130.00, plus shipping.
