Old Town Coleman's "Ready to Ship"
Coleman Model 500
Single Burner Speedmaster Stove
Born during the second half of 1947
Condition: Very Good/Excellent
This old stove has seen some action! As you can see in the "before" photo, a previous owner installed a pair of homemade wind shields. Unfortunately, he/she didn't want to lose them so they drilled holes in the burner base plate and basically destroyed it. It has been replaced.
Stove has been completely rebuilt and runs great. I replaced the valve stem packing and filler cap gasket. The generator was rebuilt and the original check valve was cleaned and reinstalled with gasket. The bunsen was repainted while the burner cap was hot blued.
The nickel is cloudy and spotty still, as you can see in the photos. It is a very pretty stove but the nickel has lost a bit of its beauty. And just in case you want to protect the flame from the wind, I will include those two homemade shields.
Asking price is $75 plus shipping.
This item is boxed and ready to ship. It weighs 5.5lbs and measures 11"x11"x11". Use those measurements and a shipping zip code of 83858 at the USPS or UPS or FedEx website for an estimate. We use Pirate Ship to save on shipping costs and have never charged a shipping or handling fee.
