AGM Parts Lanterns

KampLite RL-3 in burgundy

No. 3927 in Green

Condition: For Parts or Restoration

The burgundy RL-3 has been repainted, I think. If it had a "barely acceptable" paint job from the factory and then was exposed to some chemical that produced streaks, that could have happened too. But I'm suspicious.

It has a Coleman replacement globe. Valve is free as it the filler cap. Tip cleaner will rotate either way, but not far. Could be eccentric, stem or generator and it will need to be disassembled to find out. Ventilator has a few chips in it, and one of them is at ball nut. Pump is functioning. Fount has no dings or cracks that I can detect.

The green 3927 has a bad valve stem and body. That is, the end of the stem broke off inside the valve body. It would take some work but you might get the stem end out of it. Lantern does not have a globe. Tip cleaner rotates. Filler cap is free. Ventilator has plenty of north Idaho dust but does no chips in the enamel. It is also noticeably larger than the RL-3 vent. Fount has plenty of surface rust from (obviously) setting in water for some time. This surface rust doesn't look bad enough to be cancerous, nor do I see any dents/cracks. Pump is functioning.

Asking price is $50.00 plus shipping.
